I wanted to say how fantastic the heirloom sweet peas plants I bought from you have been this year. They have given me and many others a tremendous amount of pleasure. I’ve had bunches and bunches of highly scented flowers for the house and given away masses too, and I’ve told all the recipients to buy plants from you (so hope you get an increase in orders). When we were on holiday in the summer, I asked a neighbour to come in and keep picking – I wasn’t worried about vegetables, only the sweet peas! Although I should have cut down the plants by now, I’m still getting one or two blooms to bring in and scent the rooms; I’ll be sad when they are finally over.

So thank you very much – I’ve just put in my order for plants to go in next year.

Just to say that I am about to order some more sweet peas from you as I have been absolutely thrilled with the quality and longevity of the ones I ordered and I am still picking in between the rain!!! will never order from anyone else again!

I've grown sweet peas over the last few years and they've been fairly reasonable but not great. Then I found your website and chose 4 packs of seeds, read your hints and tips and planted 10 seeds in 4 pots in October. They germinated and started growing a little too quickly and I asked for advice from you and got a very quick and helpful reply. Over the winter they stayed in the greenhouse (not heated or temperature controlled though) and I looked after them. One weekend I went to give them a little water only to discover that they were frozen solid!!!! Hadn't thought about the temperatures dropping down to an unusual -10! Luckily I had put them in a plastic basket with bubble wrap around them but the earth was still totally solid. Amazingly all the plants survived and they were planted out in April as they were shooting up very quickly by this time. They have grown into very strong, very tall plants and even though they've only been flowering for a short time (end of May) I have had almost 200 blooms from them!! Thank you for such good quality seeds, I shall definitely be looking through your selection again for more seeds to sow in autumn.
