hi i have just returned from france and on there roundabouts and boarders they have chrysanthemums but they are not tall with one or 2 flowers on they were a mas of them are these the same ones please many thanks wes hall

Yes - these are similar. Specifically bred for growing in containers. They are naturally free branching and have many flowers per plant.
